Teamwork skill What skills employers want By Noah Brancheau

Actively participant in a group  To be a active participant, you need to actually do stuff with the group. You can not let the group do everything, you need to do some too.

Know the groups rules and values. In a job that has a group that you have to work with you need to the rules and values of the group. If you don’t then you might mess up if you are a manager.

Listen to other group members  If you listen to other group members then you might be able to understand more. If you listen

Express ideas to other group members  If you don’t express ideas to your group or you will be scared to say anything at all.

Be sensitive to other group member ideas and veiws If you have a job that you need a group for if you are mean then you would get fired. If you have a job that you need a group for if you are mean then you would get fired.

Be willing to compromise to accomplish the goal  You would have to work too so you can accomplish a goal faster. You would not make one person in the group do all the work it is called teamwork.

Be a leader or a follower to accomplish goals Some times it is better to be a follower until you get to know what you are doing. But if you know what you are doing then you might be able to be a leader. Some times it is better to be a follower until you get to know what you are doing. But if you know what you are doing then you might be able to be a leader.

Work in changing settings with people of different backgrounds Work with people that are different people, because no one is the same so in group you need to get used to it.
