THE MEDIA WORKS MODEL Computer -Assisted –Mouse –Keyboard Main Focus on Communications in English and Numeracy Communications also in Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu and Sipedi at Level 1 6 to 8 months per subject/learning area per level Timetable: 3 Times per week on PC (30 minute intervals) Timetable: 3 Times per week in Work Book (30 minute intervals) One-on-one contact with Facilitator Monthly Monitoring of Learning Flexibility Portability

AgriSETA’s CONTRIBUTION Sponsor PC per learners per number of employees at Enterprise: * learners = 1PC:10 learners; * learners = 1PC:13 learners * above 50 learners = 1PC:15 learners Sponsor ABET Software Sponsor Facilitator Training Sponsor Assessment Moderation Sponsor Work Books for Learners Sponsor Monitoring of Project Sponsor Summative Assessments
