The American Flag Facts  On the first flag there was only 13 stars.  Flag day is on June 14 th.  There are now 50 stars on the flag for each of the 50 states.  When you fold the flag you fold it into a triangle also you have to see the stars.  Blue stands for justice and freedom, red stands for representing blood, and white stands for representing purity.  Betty Ross may have not made the first American flag!  There are 6 American flags on the moon

Facts about America!!!!!!!  At first when the country was still young there were only 13 colonies  The birthday of our country is on July 4 th  America has the 3 rd biggest population in the world  The U.S. has the largest economy  The tallest mountain in America is Mt McKinley  There are more TV’s in America than people in the UK  The average person eats 35 tons of food in his/her lifetime  Your nose can remember 50,000 different scents
