B. Role play Task: Take turns in explaining how to send a fax from the machine in your office. Use the following expressions. A: Could you tell me how to use the fax machine? B: Yes, of course. First, you...  First, put the document in the machine face down. Wait until it's engaged （接合 的）.  Then, when the light comes on, enter the fax number you want.  Next, press the start button. The machine will be dial automatically( 自动 ).  After that, wait until the document is finished going through the machine.  Finally, you can print out a report.
