Australia Money Secrets Of The Rich Learn The 7 Steps To Financial Freedom JOHN R. BURLEY

Introduction I have not always been financially successful. I once struggled from month to month trying to make ends meet. Up until the age of 25 I had focused most of my energy and time learning how to make more money. I had the belief that if I could make more money everything would work out. I realized that things had to change. That I had to change. That I had to stop living the way I had lived all of my life. In short, I decided to take on new financial responsibility for my own life. I realised that just making more money was not the answer. I had to learn how to properly manage my money. And I had to learn how to create assets that would create wealth. My plan was to develop a system that would allow me to maintain my lifestyle while freeing me from money worries and traps. For the next 10 solid years I made it my mission to locate and study all the information I could find on the subject of money Making it Keeping it Spending it Investing it I read, listened, studied and attended seminar after seminar. I talked to as many rich people as I could. I developed, experimented and took action.

Ask Yourself Ask yourself these four essential questions: What are my dreams? What are my goals? What are my values? What strategies should I use ?

Serious Thought Why ? Why you really want it ? When ? When you know what you truly want ? How ? How you are going to get it ?

Serious Thought The important here is to COMMIT to the DECISION to start, though you may not be entirely sure of the HOW.

Serious Thought ‘Success is not to be pursued; it is to be attracted by the person you become.’ JIM ROHN

Question To Consider What do I really want to accomplish with my life ? What is my purpose? Where do I want to live ? What have I always dreamed of doing ? What “toys” would I like to have for myself and my family ? How much income each month do I need to meet my current needs ? My future needs ? My retirement needs ?

Step 1 Committing To Your Financial Goal ‘A journal of a thousand miles must begin with a single steps’ ANCIENT CHINESE PROVERB

Step 2 Paying Yourself First ‘… of you would have a faithful servant, and one that you like, serve yourself.’ BENJAMIN FRANKLIN

Step 3 Reinvesting Your Investment Returns ‘Money is a guarantee that we may have what we want in he future. Though we need nothing at the moment it ensures the possibility of satisfying a new desire when it arises.’ ARISTOTLE

Step 4 Receiving Level Four Automatic Investor Rates Of Return ‘The world is not transformed from one day to the next, and the average investor makes less money with his brain than what in chess is called his Sitzfleisch, or patient rear end.’ JOHN TRAIN

Step 5 Knowing What Your Money is Doing ‘If you don’t experience dark clouds, rain and storm there is no way of measuring sunshine.’ SIR JAMES HARDY

Step 6 The Automatic Money System ‘Budget: a mathematical confirmation of your suspicions.’ A.A LATIMER

Step 7 Financial Competence (Intelligence and Responsibility) ‘Get to know two things about a man – how he earns his money and how he spends it – and you have the clue to this character, for you have a searchlight that shoes up the innermost recesses of his soul.’ ROBERT JAMES MCCRACKEN

Summary ‘In short, the way to wealth, if you desire it, is as plain as the way to market. It depends chiefly on two words, industry and frugality, that is, waste neither time nor money, but make the best use of both.’
