New Grant Request Process Identify Project and Secure Bid Submit Grant Request Approval Steps Make Approved Purchase INSIDE Page > Forms > Foundation Forms > Grant Request Form Go Live Date: July 1, 2015

New Approval Steps Initial Checks & Balances Foundation Fund Champion Foundation Vice President ($100k+) Foundation Board Should not exceed 10 business days, except when Board approval is required.

New Reimbursement Process Make Approved Purchase Submit RFF, Receipt, Capital Approval Form* Fund is Reimbursed INSIDE Page > Forms > Foundation Forms > Request for Foundation Funds Go Live Date: July 1, 2015

Capital Purchases 1.Follow Grant Request Process 2.After grant request approval is received, complete Capital Approval Form – Collect required signatures – Do not send to Lalita 3.Attach completed Capital Approval Form to Request for Foundation Funds (RFF) and select the “capital” button before submit. (Note: this electronic process will automatically file the Foundation approval, RFF and Capital Approval Form with Lalita.)
