Dive Control Board Shall be guided in the performance of the required duties by the Dive Control Board (DCB). The Diving Control Board has autonomous and absolute authority over the scientific diving program. DCB must be made up of a majority of active scientific divers. Operational responsibility for the conduct of the local diving program will be retained by the Diving Safety Officer.
