Manufacturing Stage Problem: Use of Lead in the fabrication of PCB Solution: Reduce the use of Lead using a suitable alternative.

Normal Usage Problem: Excessive exposure to RFID may potentially lead to cancer. Solution: Cautionary instructions should be printed on the packaging of the device. Problem: Disposal of leaking batteries Solution: Guidelines should be posted for the proper disposal.

Recycling / Disposal Problem : Disposal of hazardous materials such as rechargeable batteries, LCD and other components Solution: - Return device to the manufacturer - Battery recycling services Ex: Battery Solution Inc.
