Sc1 Skills for Key Stage 3 © Pearson Education Limited 2004 SAT Question No.11 Growing Tomatoes David wanted to find out which fertiliser would help his tomato plants grow the tallest. He took four small tomato plants of the same variety, each measuring 25 cm in height, and fed each with the same amount of four different fertilisers. Each day David watered the plants with 250 cm 3 of water. Six weeks later he measured the height of the plants again.
