Performance Feedback Industry standard tool, available to purchasers and suppliers wishing to carry out a performance assessment during or following a piece of work.   Feedback is aggregated and displayed as a performance profile graph Ongoing assessment of Suppliers ability (Plus peer review) Profiles can be analysed by product, service line, size of job and time. Feedback is valid for a maximum of 5 years Suppliers can benchmark their performance against their competitors

Assess Health & Safety, Environment and Competence & Training practices.  For the Health & Safety and the Environmental practices this is in alignment with oil and gas industry's OGP & NORSOK standards.  Valid for 2 years Circa 450 Verified Suppliers Supplier nominations through the Cross Industry Schedule, cost of audits shared by the Purchasers 40 Verify Purchasers Nominate Purchaser identifies Supplier following risk assessment Pre-visit FPAL contacts supplier Pre-visit submission made by supplier FPAL reviews submission Report On-site audit conducted by FPAL Conclusion agreed Report, scores & Improvement Plan made available on-line

PILOT Forward Workplans Originally the Pilot Forward Workplan was initiated by the supply chain forum, to address the need to communicate forward opportunities as requested in the supply chain code of practice. Promoted and funded by DECC in conjunction with FPAL, through a link on the FPAL website. Also supported by the supply chain forum and Oil and Gas UK. Forward workplans now form part of the criteria for achieving a Gold award for compliance to the supply chain code of practice.
