Data Validation Highlights Data is validated at three levels: –Hard errors that prevent submission into routing –Hard errors that prevent submission into Grants.gov –Soft warning errors that alert users to possible problems, but do not prevent submission System will display messages and then redirect the user back to the location of the invalid data element
