Do It! Put your Lean Essentials learning to the test in a Team Project Launch Workshop. YOUR LOGO/INSTITUTION NAME HERE Your logo/contact information here You have done the studying and the coursework, online and off. Now it is time to put the training to the test and apply what you have learned to solve your problems and improve your process. With a Project Charter developed and a clear scope in sight (don’t try to boil the ocean), we will tailor an agenda to implement change and take action when applying the Lean Tools. In this Project Launch Workshop, your team will work together to: Review the scope, quality, cost and time constraints of the project which were developed prior to the workshop Review the project schedule, and discuss resource needs (most are planned prior to the workshop) Draft the Current State Value Stream Map, brainstorm root causes and solutions Develop a Future State Value Stream Map, begin to implement solutions, and create a plan for remaining action items Report results The Project Launch Workshop is designed for a team of 5-7 people who are all in the same process, and a few key stakeholders who have interaction to the process in scope. The team works together applying essential Lean principles to solving the problem and improving the process, ultimately meeting the project goal through implementation of solutions. Implementation is easy. Call today!
