What is the Certificate Tracker Wizard? Certificate Tracker Wizard finds students who 1)Have completed the certificate 2)Have some portion of the certificate complete 3)Are within “X” number of classes of completion 4)Require core classes

GETTING THE WIZARD TO MAKE MAGIC

Set up No assembly required! Just update to SM or above

Create a Grouping Code for the Certificate Program.

Once you create the Grouping Code, assign it to all courses in the Certificate Program.

Add a justdoit to a report in the Transcripts Justdoit(‘=certwiz()’)

Remember! Add the justdoit and save the report. The justdoit will not run until the report is re-open

RUNNING THE WIZARD

Use Grouping Code in the query

Select the appropriate criteria

Run the report containing the justdoit
