Competence Our first competitor is Amazon.com, the greatest e-market of internet, they sell different products online. They offer a detailed description of the product you want buy Now they are very big and can make better prices than the others In a few days you can have the product in your home They have a easy way to buy, “the shopping cart” Strong points

Competence Weak points They sell not only books, they are not specialized The page is very serious, it can not call the attention from young people because is a boring page Their web page is only in English, many people do not like a page which is not in their language It is only a e-market, people who buy there can not communicate each other, only with a small opinion from the bought product

Objectives We gain many customers from competitors and many new customers (rise in the top of more visited web pages) 1.First Step: we must think: what to do? Marketing campaign to achieve the visit of new customers on our web page 2.Second Step: to get habitual (unplanned purchases) customers (about 3000) 3.Third Step: Initial promotion create knowledge about us among 7% customers of competitors. 4.Fourth Step: create loyalty of so many customers

Methods of marketing campaign First Step: Giving sticks and brochures in the places where have most people. Second Step: Putting banners in web pages with less than 3000 visitants. Third Step: Showing our TV advertisement.

Methods for customize web page We elaborate different poll for customizing the web page, taking into account the opinion of the customers. The objective of the different polls is to determine what section on the web page is the most applied for. Depending on the taste of the customers, the web page will elaborate some sections more deeply than others. Furthermore, forums and chats also can help us to customize our web page.

Results for customize web page Results of the methods mentioned before, have as a consequence a personalized web page, exclusive for every client. This is an advantage over our competitors, who offer different goods and that haven’t narrowed their segment as much as we have. Our customers are the base of our company, the main worry for us.

Conclusions We have chosen this marketing campaign because we consider it’s an easy way to reach people and make the page known. Since it is a very specified page, we expect that our web site will become the most visited place in this sector. It is true that the competence is very strong, but with our effort and the loyalty of the customers we will become the first page in internet.
