Motivation

The definition of motivation: To give reason, incentive, enthusiasm, or interest that causes a specific action or certain behavior.

Types of motivation Intrinsic Extrinsic -Tangible -Intangible

Intrinsic Motivation Intrinsic motivation is internal. It occurs when people are compelled to do something out of pleasure, importance, or desire.

One more mile until I reach my personal best!!!!!!!11!11!1!!1

Extrinsic Motivation Extrinsic motivation occurs when external factors compel the person to do something.

I must beat him this year !

When extrinsically motivated you are often rewarded either tangibly or intangibly....

Tangible is when you are motivated by a reward such as a trophy or a medal or a lollipop....

Intangible is when you are motivated by non-objects such as praise or encouragement...
