About us Our aims: to provide the advice people need for the problems they face to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. Our principles: The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

“We’re here with advice when someone needs us, whatever the problem.. In person, online and over the telephone.” That could be you or the family you are supporting.

About us Winchester District CAB offices in Winchester city and Bishops Waltham, outreaches at Alresford GP Surgery, Denmead Community Centre, Merry Go Round Children’s Centre, Wickham Primary School, H M Prison, Winchester and Winchester County Court. 97% of the public have heard of us and 41% have used us (BRMB 2009).
