TAX REFUND Revenue America News Release: January 02, As part of the 825 Billion Dollar economic stimulus bill that President Obama instituted for the year 2009, The United States Treasury Department and I.R.S. have been instructed to give a tax credit to all American taxpayers before the April 15 th tax filing deadline! It is the president’s hope these monies will help create jobs and stimulate the economy. Average refund will be between $4500 to $6500 for a married couple, and $1500 to $3250 for a single person.
