WAY FORWARD  REGULARISATION OF WAREHOUSING ACTIVITIES BY A CENTRAL AGENCY.  LEGAL STATUS TO WAREHOUSE RECEIPTS AS NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS.  DEMATERIALISATION OF WAREHOUSE RECEIPTS.  PRIVATE SECTOR INVESTMENT IN WAREHOUSING.  UNIFORM POLICIES FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND GRADE SPECIFICATIONS.
