United States Fire Administration LDR 8-4 Objectives (continued) Determine if a solution will cause a shift in the organization’s dynamics and what effect this disequilibrium may have on the organization Evaluate any ethical issues this contemporary issue may arouse and how they may impact the organization and its culture

United States Fire Administration LDR 8-6 Overview Pre-course assignment instructed you to research a leadership issue that you currently face in your organization Work within small groups to select a case study for the group to present to the medium-sized group The small groups will merge into medium-sized groups
United States Fire Administration LDR 8-7 Overview (continued) The medium-sized group then selects the cases study to be representative of the group In the plenary session, the leader for each medium-sized group will present the group’s case study to the large group –The large group will ask questions, provide feedback, break down the case into its critical parts, and objectively analyze each, and develop recommendations for the case study
