 ROWONTARIO & Ontario Sailing Partnership  Funded, in part, by Ontario Trillium Foundation  Management Team/Staff  2 Executive Directors & 2 Program Managers  1 Full-time Program Coordinator  2 Part-time Coaches (1 rowing & 1 sailing)  Expert Panel What is Shells & Sails?

 Improve the quality and capacity of programs and services at Ontario rowing and sailing clubs.  Increase participation opportunities and establish further connections within communities across Ontario.  Assist in establishing partnership and resource sharing opportunities between rowing and sailing clubs (not mandatory). Program Objectives

 Access to Shells & Sails Mobile Unit  Co-host Try-It Days, new community groups, camp programs  Out-reach to new sites & communities  Club-2-Club networking, resource sharing and partnerships  Cross sport training & participation  Increase efficiency, capacity and revenue Club Benefits

 COAST  Club Operational Asset & Standards Tool  Provides acknowledgment to clubs  Assist with setting benchmarks, identifying new revenue streams, efficiencies.  Standards  Club Management  Club/Program Development  Personnel Training/Development Club Asset Tool
