Improve the quality and capacity of programs and services at Ontario rowing and sailing clubs. Increase participation opportunities and establish further connections within communities across Ontario. Assist in establishing partnership and resource sharing opportunities between rowing and sailing clubs (not mandatory). Program Objectives
