Who Me?! You’ve got to be kidding! A study in how to succeed without doing it all right.

With all due respect… Everyone is NOT doing all that they say they are all the time…or we would be a much bigger company. I feel lucky when I can meet my weekly goals. Know what you do well and stick to it. Know the basics. Try new things but also keep with your own successes.

Where do you spend your time? On the super-loop? Training On the phone, ? Watch out, time is $ An investment, but expect a return Set limits. Use them for training, sales and recruiting. Cut the chats.

Many Routes – One Direction

To be Successful Recruit

Training New Recruit Level 1 Level 2 Book Fair RFTS! Organization Goal setting

The #1 “thing” people need help with to succeed:

It can get crazy out there… make sure your people are prepared!

Variety is not necessarily the key to UBAH life Be great at home shows Keep a healthy calendar Look at the year in Quarters

Remember…. People who recruit through a booth may have a very different idea of what it takes to be successful. They may also believe that it is best do schools or booths.

Repetition is the key Show one Do one Teach one Demonstrate a good home party Have the recruit do a good home party Expect them to do the same for their recruits

Who are you? Learn that you are an excellent sales person and be excited by that. Know what pieces of being a Supervisor you do well and excel at those. Be a role model of enthusiasm.

Tell them what you see in them. Tell others what you see in the person you have chosen.

Empower the people you pick Believe in them and they will meet your expectations, or at least let you know why they cannot meet your expectations. Give them the words, ideas and tools they need to succeed…not the sales or recruits.

Go to Bat for your People Help with timelines Work with Home Office Make sure their calendar is healthy and they are prepared for the unexpected

Be Realistic It is not always easy It takes a lot of time to really succeed The effort involved today will only really pay off in the future But it is worth the effort to try I work many hours, often a 40/hour week. But I take as much time off as I want. This is the income stream for our future.

It can get crazy out there… make sure your people are prepared!

Do your own work well and then you will have something to be proud of; do not compare yourself with others. For Everyone must carry his own load. Galatians 6:4-5
