FASHION ONLINE SHOPPING BUSINESS (A)Differentiation The difference from any other online shopping website is that targets on Japanese consumers but I offer exclusive imported items. There are so many foreign brands that have not acquired Japan as business markets; however, there are high demands toward those brands.

(B) TARGET SEGMENTS Target segments are Japanese consumers who are fashion conscious, and collect items from the Unites States or foreign countries

(C) KEY BENEFITS This business enables those target consumers to collect items easily without going abroad. Although they can buy those items in Japan, they are way expensive. They would have to face with language problem if they try to import from foreign countries by themselves.

(D) UNIQUE CAPABILITIES OF YOUR VENTURE The unique capabilities of my venture is that I can be a “bridge” of business between Japan and the United States by using language competence, and business skill.

(E) A VALUE PROPOSITION My venture is about fashion online shopping business targeted on Japanese people who are fashion conscious and price conscious as well. This venture enable them to access exported items without going abroad. Also, they don’t need to worry about language problem and export problem.
