This program is going to be used to learn about:  Decision Making Skills  Communication Skills  Team Building Skills and  Creativity. How will this benefit the people who are going to start working here? Or who have already been working here?  It will refresh your memory about these skills.  If you haven't taken this program before, you will be required to take it.

So what's the problem?  Employees need to step up their game  Learn how to take matters into their own hands without causing tons of chaos  If we have the best employees, we could be the best company of the global market We are going to use this “Road To Success” program to be a successful company.

What we want as a top company in the world is to get known worldwide. This starts with the lowest rank to the top. We all need to be refreshed even the higher commands need to be refreshed with things not just newcomers. We hope that with the help of this training for only once a week any day you want for about one hour and thirty minutes you will leave learning more about the skills and how to apply them to real-world situations. This program will only be available two months so try to absorb as much of the help as you can.

This is a critical skill that everyone should know in the work field, We need people to communicate with one another. Communication are used mostly for two factors persuasion and teamwork. We need both of them to get to our desired goal for this company

Real-world Situation “Some people ask when will we ever use this?” To everything. So I am going to give you a scenario about Communication skills. Say its around lunch hour while everyone is rushing to grab a bite a employee packed his own lunch and is eating it while he is working. Now a client has walked in and is running late and would like to make an investment in one of our shares. “This is great!” your all thinking. But remember that everyone is out at lunch. Which means he is the only person that can help us win over the client. He has no time to grab a negotiator. Its all up to him without some training he probably wont get the investment but if he got the training he would have a better shot. Procedures: 1. Start training as soon as possible and give a scenario and see how your employees will respond. 2. You will have two weeks to get together a presentation. 3. After everyone has presented, you will get another situation but you will be required to get together some tips from your colleagues. 4. Then they are done it should take about one month to finish

 What we want is for everyone to be comfortable presenting to co-workers around the office. We don’t want anyone to be afraid to stand up and present projects to others we are all a team and that’s how we will be successful so to do that we must have everyone set with the best skills to overcome a situation when they are the only one around to fix it. The Results

The next important skill we think should be included is Decision Making. This is a critical skill for the work field because you need employees to have split second timing to make important decisions and good choices for the better of the company. This is such a key to having a huge company because with so many things that we need to decide on its good to have someone to just say this is what we need to do and to apply it quickly. We need leaders who want to steer this company in the right direction and have us rise above all of our competitors.

 Scenario: If everyone in a department is arguing on one way to make an ad on TV. You need to be the voice, put your foot down, say what to do and speak your mind no matter what people think. You need to quickly say enough and state what you think everyone should do. Some will agree and then the others will follow about what they say. You need to be a leader when no one else can be one. You need to step up your game and motivate others to do the same so when everyone is quick and to the point you get more things done and resolved faster Step.1 The manager needs to step up their game and take charge Ask the group of people to take the time to make their own advertisements on Microsoft or PowerPoint, or whatever program that you need to get the job done Step.2 Have the group select the top ten (10) advertisements Keep on selecting the best of ten (10) or five (5) until you get to the best two (2) Step.3 If your team can’t decide between the two (2) of the ads, then have about 5 of your best people that know what they are doing, and have them try to combine the two (2) ads, together This then allows the people to get a feel of what the advertisement really is about and lets you decide what ads go where

We just want everyone to be comfortable with presenting new ideas to clients and co-workers. Everyone should have no fear when they talk to anyone in this company we are all a team and that’s how we will be successful so to do that we must have everyone set with the best skills to overcome a situation when they are the only one around to fix it

This is a very important skill because in any job you will need creativity and originality and you won’t be able to copy other people Creativity allows people to expand their companies product father. You can also make it look more physically appealing. Or you could have someone create a huge hit commercial. Creativity helps you give the public something new to try or to look at and say “wow that looks like something I could buy.”

If a important TV event is coming up and most of the people will view it out of the whole country. We want to try to fit a commercial into the time slots. We only have a short amount of time to prepare for this because other companies will be doing the same thing so we need to be quick. That is why we need to have people with good imagination to give ideas. Situation

Desired Outcome You will learn how to be more creative in the future and learn how to get your work done using your ideas along with others and their criticism.

This is a good skill to have because in every job you have you will always be working with people, even if you do not like them. You wont be able to succeed in life without knowing how to converse with people. This is a big skill in life, think about people who own a huge company. They didn’t get there by themselves, they had to work together as a team with a bunch of other.

If you are trying to open up a business, the first couple of days will be easy for you, but after that you are going to need a team. What happens if your working alone and you get sick? What then? Will you close your business and lose customers? You wont be able to succeed in life without knowing how to converse with people. This is a big skill in life, think about people who own a huge company. They didn’t get there by themselves, they had to work together as a team with a bunch of other.

We want our employees to be able to work with a group of people even if they don’t get along. This should help strengthen your social ability as well, as forcing you to work better with others.

Conclusion What should you gain? You should be able to use all of these skills and even more that you should know of in the workplace. This will also make you more successful in your life and other jobs that you will hopefully soon receive.
