MODULE 1: SENSITIZATION

MODULE 2: LEADERSHIP

Leaders are in position of power and authority over younger cadets Leadership Leaders are in position of power and authority over younger cadets must use that power responsibly and with respect for others are positive role models for other cadets, they must set an example must ensure an harassment-free and safe environment must intervene and report incidents of harassment or abuse according to CCM policy must take care of cadets and discipline them, when warranted Cadet Harassment and Abuse Prevention Program
