7 Major Aspects of BNL LL Program Outputs Quick Read LLs For discussion at morning tailgate safety meetings Sent weekly by from the LL database to F&O supervisors, LL coordinators, ESH coordinators Additional Communications of LLs Bi-weekly Events and Issues Summary (Distributed to BNL upper management) Periodic DOE ORPS and Lessons Learned Summary (Distributed to F&O supervisors, ESH coordinators, LL Coordinators) Bimonthly attendance at morning plan of the day and other safety meetings Note: as with any computer-based system, periodic review and testing of proper function is required to maintain operation.

Lessons Learned Feedback Number of views Counts the number of unique views of an LL LL Coordinators and ESH Personnel Feedback Semi-Annual meetings of all Lessons Learned Coordinators and ESH Coordinators to collect improvement recommendations User feedback Automatic survey for each lesson published to BNL website - Provides information as to why the user viewed the lesson learned and how the information was used Lessons Learned Coordinators' survey on lessons learned implementation Quick Read lessons learned stimulate discussions by providing different subjects at morning meetings; Observers note the information and propose actions to resolve issues if necessary. Level 2 managers and supervisors are more aware of events Worker feedback from plan of the day and other safety meetings
