UOCAVA Registration Learn and follow the law Follow the process developed by SBOE – Scan the registrations – Enter the appropriate information to ensure that voter receives balloting material using the method preferred by the voter and in the most timely manner. Distribution of Voter Registration Forms “Treat others as you would like to be treated.”  Send misdirected forms to the correct county.  Use the transfer process developed in SEIMS. This is more efficient.  Encourage voter registration drive organizers in advance to deliver forms to the correct county, but if they deliver forms to the incorrect county, accept the forms. This is in the best interest of the applicants.  If a different state, send the form to the correct state.  We are here to help voters and should not be obstructionists.
