Motto “Ultra Conservatism Protecting U.S. Citizens, Animals & A Clean Environment”

Platform They believe that the government has grown out of control in a death spiral of sustainable and barely imaginable trillion dollar deficits and national debt rivaling Gross Domestic Product Their purpose is to reform all political parties and government so that the core principles of the founding fathers become once again, the foundation upon which America stands

They believe that marriage of the same sex should be illegal and that their should be better border security as well as that they should protect gun rights. “Tea Party supporters’ fierce animosity toward Washington, and the president in particular, is rooted in deep pessimism about the direction of the country and the conviction that the policies of the Obama administration are disproportionately directed at helping the poor rather than the middle class or the rich.” “The overwhelming majority of supporters said Mr. Obama does not share the values most Americans live by and that he does not understand the problems of people like themselves. More than half said the policies of the administration favor the poor, and 25 percent said the administration favors blacks over whites, compared with 11 percent of the general public”. Social World

Political World The Tea Party’s perspective on the role of the government in the Political World is that we should have a smaller government with less spending and balanced budgets because they do not trust in the government. Issue: The Tea Party believe that the Supreme Court is not or should not give the final arbiter of the constitution. The Tea Party want to reduce the reach, size, and scope of the government, and they think the government should ensure Adheres to the U.S. constitution. Example: A Tea Party group in West Central Florida has an issue with the Federal government and that issue is trust. They do not trust the federal government and therefore, they believe the answer is a smaller government with less spending and balanced budgets. The Tea Party are conservative because they want well- established procedures; not radical and that is why they want a smaller government.

Economic World The Tea Party is an antigovernment, grass-roots political movement. It began in 2009 in protest of the bank bailout and economic stimulus package. Its supporters vowed to purge the Republican Party of officials they consider not sufficiently conservative and to block the Democratic agenda on the economy, the environment and health care. Tea Party supporters tend to unite around fiscal conservatism and a belief that the federal government has overstepped its constitutional powers.bank bailoutstimulus package Republican Party The Tea Party also references the famous event Boston. Fiscal Conservatives are not Anarchists and understand that government does have a legitimate place. They also understand that an overbearing government is a repressive government. Besides threatening our freedoms and civil liberties, it also acts as an anchor sinking business and hindering the economy.

Cultural World As a group of people that calls awareness to issues dealing with security, sovereignty, and domestic tranquility of the country, they have strict beliefs on what people SHOULD know to be part of this country and what they should obtain to be a citizen. The Tea party Believes that the government should: · Deport people in the country here illegally, and should be sent back and earn their passage into the country the legal way. · Eliminate special interest groups. · Make English a core language nationwide. Many of the tea party members feel that President Obama isn’t keeping his promise on unifying America like he stated in his Starmaking DNC speech in He stated “there is not a black America a Latino America an Asian America, there is a United States of America”. Members of the tea party feel that Obama needs to take on the challenge of unifying the country as a whole. Many members feel that in response to not doing so that he should be impeached. This political group falls more into the category of being conservative mainly because they feel that citizens need to be provided their freedom needed to pursue their own goals. Although it may not target certain religious groups it targets cultural groups strongly because of how some individuals may not speak English or may be here in the country illegally..
