Wind and fire both symbolize the presence of God in scripture. Ezekiel – Wind Moses – Fire
Divine wind infuses newness of life.
Divine fire unleashes power of God.
The primary purpose of Spirit baptism was not wind, nor fire, nor tongues. The primary purpose of the Holy Spirit was to catalyze witnesses for Jesus.
Tongues was simply the medium God chose to bring many to Christ.
