Etiquette and rules

Rule 1 proper spelling and grammar You need to use proper spelling and grammar because if you are writing an you must be professional in what you are writing if you write professionally you will seem more smarter when your applying for jobs.

Rule 2 have it planned out When you are writing a you must have it all planned before you write it because if you try and make it up as you go its not going to make sense and people wont be able to understand what your saying.

Rule 3 being respectful and polite Showing respect to someone using manners like please and thank you means they will be polite back to you which means you will have a better relationship with that person.

Rule 4 proofreading After finishing your work or an you should make sure you proof read your work so you don’t have any faults, grammar mistakes which could put your work down.

Rule 5 appropriate language When doing your work or sending an you must use appropriate language as it shows ur politeness to the readers and shows you have respect to whoever reads it.

Rule 6 having a subject line Having a subject line will show the audience what they are reading which is good because if the audience isn’t interested in this they can read the subject line.
