The company was Incorporated and Re-branded in November 2002 to PKO Technologies Ltd after acquiring Lapis Lazuli Technologies, a Computer Engineering firm based in Port Harcourt. Our Head Office is currently situated at Suite A4, Luli Shopping Mall, 20 Rumuola Road Port Harcourt, from where we co-ordinate our various field offices and projects. Our areas of specialization are in the areas of Sales, Installation and Services of Desktop Computers, Laptops, PDA’s or pocket PC’s, Networking equipment, Electronic gadgets, Security Systems such as CCTV’s, wireless alarms etc, audio gadgets, car audio, video and security gadgets and the likes. Our showroom is a one stop shop IT and gadget shop that meets all your expectations. We also provide software services for schools and corporate organizations.

O UR MANAGEMENT The Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKO Technologies Ltd is Prof Zak A. Obanu mni. He is an accomplished academician and a seasoned administrator, a professor of Food Science and Technology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a member of the National Institute of Policy and strategic Studies. He is fellow of several professional bodies and has won several accolades in his field of research and in Administration, he was also the former Rector of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana. The managing Director is Engr Kelechi Obanu mnse. A member of the Nigerian society if Engineers and a COREN Registered Engineer. Agraduate of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from FUTO. He was a founding partner of Lapis Lazuli Technologies and the Field Operations manager. He then proceeded to work with Sagem S.A (A multinational IT and Security company) where he held the position as State Boss (State technical Co-ordinator) of the National ID card project in Abia State and then moved to Abuja as a production manager in the same project. In 2003 he joined PKO Technologies as CEO. Other Board members are Barrister Chizaram Obanu (Company Secretary) Engr Charles Abangwu (member) Engr Somiari Jaja (member) Mr. Emmanuel Obanu (member)

OUR BUSINESS Sales Services: We area leading IT and gadgets shop in the metropolis of Port Harcourt. Our products ranges include the latest sophisticated gadgets such as laptops, digital Cameras & camcorders, mobile phones, PDA’s, audio gadgets, computers, networking accessories, computer accessories, handheld and car audio and video gadgets, body fitness gadgets, security systems etc, we can only mention broad categories. Our product lists are endless. Our Corporate Engineering services include sales and installation of Computer and Communications Infrastructure such as V-Sat, computer Installations, networking and administration, sales and supplies of business equipment such as printers, Copiers, Scanners, UPS, Inverters and the rest. We also provide maintenance of these equipment. Software Development Services: We provide Services such as website design and hosting, point-of-sale software, E-school development, E-Government, E-Administration and E-Library facilities.

OUR BUSINESS Security Installations: We sell and Install Security gadgets such as surveillance cameras, CCTV, wireless alarm systems, video phones and the rest. We supply cutting edge equipment and Security Systems that are monitored on the Internet from anywhere in the world. Our security products are from the Worlds leading Manufacturers and we distribute PROLINE security gadgets. Networking and Administration: We provide computer networking services, both wired and wireless. We also administer corporate networks to ensure seamless services. IT helpdesk Services: Our helpdesk services assist corporate bodies and individuals to ensure that their computer and communications gadgets are well maintained at all times and we provide support services to enable them use their IT equipment. Our IT support services involves maintenance of installed infrastructure to ensure seamless operation. We also provide free One year after sales support to individuals who purchase our equipment and the support services can also be extended for a fee.

OUR PROJECTS We pioneered the ICT and Internet services of Rivers State Polytechnic. We installed their C-Band V-sat broadband services and provide wireless Internet connectivity to the entire institution. We partnered with Rivers State Polytechnic to Install and manage their Ultra modern cyber café which we still run till date. We set up an Ultra modern E-library facility for Rivers State Polytechnic. We also set up a more robust E-library and Virtual Library for Rivers State University Of Science and Technology. We have installed and networked and maintained network and equipment of several companies in Port Harcourt such as Telnet, Barata Pharmaceuticals, Intercellular, to mention a few.
