RFDS: Research Funding & Development Services This is a courtesy alert. 117 missing CareFusion IV pumps were recalled last year. Recently, these pumps have been found in several research areas. They had not been checked out of the Equipment Pool for that area Clinical Technology Services had no way of knowing where the devices were and therefore no way to alert research staff to the recall. If you have information about any such equipment, please contact Dennis Minsent, Director, Clinical Technology Services, (503) or So far, Dennis tells us that they have recovered a number of *other* devices, but not this particular device.
