The Resolution was sent to the executive and legislative bodies concerned both in Russia and the USA  THE FORUM WAS ESTABLISHED AS THE ANNUAL BILATERAL EVENT The 2nd Russian-American Child Welfare Forum is due in autumn of 2012, in Illinois, USA
