3. Where do I begin the technology planning process? You must begin this process before filing Form 470 for E Rate. Go into the tech plan template and fill out District Information Technology Inventory your superintendent Make hard copies of what you have completed. Date stamp and put into E Rate folder.

1. Choose: All Districts 2. Select a district: (from drop down list) 3. Click Go

The Approval Process ISBE Review and Approval Submit to ISBE by no later than February 28, 2013 All plans will be read and evaluated by ISBE staff. Plans may be approved OR returned for revisions. LTC Directors and district technology contact will be notified by when ISBE takes action.
