- In the light of Gobalization and Market Economies, states are obliged to manage their activities via systemics which constitute the state power systemic. - The education systemic is the key systemic because it provides all the state systemics, with human resources. - In January 2010, the Royal Society and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) noted that " science diplomacy" Refers to three main types of activities: 1-“ Science in diplomacy ”: Science can provide advice to inform and support foreign policy objectives. 2- “Diplomacy for science ”: Diplomacy can facilitate international scientific cooperation. 3- "Science for diplomacy ”: Scientific cooperation can improve international relations. - The current education and training systems are not given in most cases, an educational product is capable of systemic creative management of the local and international problems/ Crisis because of systemic origin, and consequences. Are the Current National Education and Training Systems Able To Give Educational Product Meets The Challenges of Global Problems/Crisis?

- This new Global Reality imposes on the states; An immediate review of the education and training systems to give a product meet s the requirements of the global AGE Full of global challenges and systemic risks.

What are The Global Problems& Crisis? - The problems/Crises that have too long effects around the world. - The world lives under the influence of global problems” Terrorism, Global Warming, & Global Economic Crisis”.

- SE meets the requirements for Preparation global citizen able to ; 1- Solve the current & future global systemic problems /crisis for sustainable shared future. 2- Meet the systemic requirements of the Global Labor Market. 3- Enhance Science Diplomacy via scientific cooperation which improve the international relations. Goals of Global Education - To prepare Global Citizen via International Scientific cooperation - To effectively gather teachers from the world in global efforts[Global Education]; to teach in a variety of cultural settings & build cross curriculum unites to prepare their students to be global Citizen. This fits with the theme of "Science for Diplomacy”: Scientific cooperation can improve international relations.

- Educational and training institutions mu st be under a new vision of education model earn learners performance skills of systemic and creative thinking enable them to work skillfully, and efficiently for global human development & preparation of global citizen. Systemic Nature of Globalization Globalization is systemic Due to; - The enormous interconnections of “ Economic, Cultural, Technological, Political “ Domains, which bind the Local and National into the Global Community. world'smarkets What is the meening of Globalization?

- [ GE] means integration of global perspective across the learning areas. - OR The Educational system that cross bounders around the world. i.e. free movements of teachers, students, curricula, and teaching materials within the frame of Global standars. - OR The Education that opens the people eyes and minds to realities of globalized world with its challenges and awaken them to bring about world of greater justice, equity, and human rights for all. What is Global Education[GE]?

Prepare the students - T o develop skills and attitudes which enable them to take responsibility for their own lives and the world we live in and become active global citizens. -To broaden horizons and encourages exploration of all subjects from a global perspective. -To intensify the scientific cooperation for science Diplomacy - To enhance our common understanding of the world. Stresses The Global systemic relations - It looks at the ways in which every-day life and experiences affect and are affected by the wider world. -It is as much about the relationships within a classroom as it is about relationships between countries around the world. What are the systemic perspectives of Global Education?

Systemic Reform of The Current Education Systems Should Focus on : 7-Dimentions. - Divergent qualities. - Creative flexibility. - Predictive accuracy. - Future consequences. -Global systemic solutions. - Skills of systemic thinking. - Skills of systemic management. What are the Qualities of the Systemic Approach To Global Education [SAGE]

I: Follow the [ IDCB] items: [ Implementing-Designing- Combining-Building ] i: Implementing 6-Global in the writing of ; [ Mission & vision – Goals & Objectives – Programs – Courses – Standards – Outcomes ]. Road Map for Systemic Approach To Global Education:[SAGE]

ii: Designing Curriculum Systemically Via- 6-Systemic – Based - Objectives - unites - Courses - Programs -Overarching Standards - Overarching outcomes

iii: Combining teaching materials from one or more learning emphases across learning areas. - The learning domains developed in one learning area will enhance learning in the others. iv: Building Global Assessment Via Systemic Assessment package

II- Designing Global Systemic Academic Programs [GSAP] for preparation of the Global Citizen [G.C.]: i - The programme should meet the requirements of national and/or regional/ global defined goals.

ii - The programme should take an account of the impact of systemic interaction of cultural, economic, social, political and environmental, global domains. iii - The program should acknowledge and recognize the dignity, and the uniqueness of all human beings around the world. iv-The program should encourage the students to create systemic elements & interactions.

III : Designing Global Systemic Training Programs [GSTP] for preparation of Global Teachers [GT] via: Systemic programs should take the following into account ; i-Prepare teachers to ; Teach in a variety of cultural settings. ii- Think and act systemically; locally and globally. iii-P ractice of a Global Web- based Discussion Forum as a Global Knowledge Building Community.

iv - Understand ; how world is interconnected systemically. v- Believe in systemic education for sustainable development. vi - Acknowledge and recognize the dignity, and the uniqueness of all human beings around the world. Vii- Gain communication skills to enhance Science Diplomacy via international scientific cooperation. Viii- Encourage the students to create systemic elements & interaction.

IV : Using ICT Information and Communication Technology [ICT ] : - Have the potential to engage global students & teachers to a wider systemic view of the global society, facilitates systemic thinking, teaching, and global activities.

1- One-to-One computing: - The trend in classrooms around the world is to provide an information appliance to every learner and create learning environments that assume universal access to the technology. - Classrooms should prepare for the universal availability of personal learning devices. Global Trends in ICT and Education

2- Teacher-Generated Open Content. - School systems are increasingly open to universal learning resources that is most effective in the classroom. - Many online texts allow teachers to edit, add to, or otherwise customize material for their students that exactly suits the style and pace of the course.

3- Everywhere Learning - With the evolution of increasingly strong global connectivity Infrastructure & cheaper computers, school systems around the world are developing the ability to provide learning opportunities to students. “Anytime, Anywhere”

Recommendations: ENHANCE SCIENCE FOR DEPLOMACY BY INTERNATIONAL COOPRERARION FOR STRENGTHEN [SGE ]VIA THE FOLLOWING: - Development of new systemic methodology for preparation of global citizens. - Designing Systemic global training programs for teachers. - Writing Systemic –based; objectives - overarching standards - overarching outcomes- unites - courses and programs. -

- Writing Systemic teaching materials for student volunteers that is modeled after experimentation. -Building Global systemic assessment package for students. - Establish Center of Systemic Global Education, as an international focal point for -global cooperation in; i-The SGE activities, ii-Solving systemic global problems/crisis via building think tanks -
