Overlapping clusters of skills Building the Curriculum 4: Skills for Learning, Life and Work

Transforming lives through learning Overlapping clusters of skills Using the bullet point list of skills, consider your own learning and teaching in your setting in relation to these broad areas: Area of strength: consistent, explicit links and quality dialogue with learners around skills in this area happens regularly and is well established. Area of on-going or planned action: some links to skills in this area are made but this could be further developed and made more explicit for learners. More time for quality dialogue could also be built in. Area for Action: this area of skills could be strengthened and explored more explicitly with learners.
