Israel Elwyn Founded in 1984 at the initiative of the Municipality of Jerusalem, the Government of Israel and the US-based Elwyn Inc. A non-profit organization registered in Israel (Amuta) Serves today more than 2000 children and adults with special needs -- Israeli and Palestinian alike. Major Program Locations: Western and Eastern Jerusalem, Haifa, Ra’anana/Herzliya, Beer-Sheva, Beit Shemesh. (Job Training Program is provided nationally).
