Act 2 is finished: Jesus has completed his journey with his disciples, and has now reached his destination: Jerusalem. The beginning of Act 3. People are beginning to gather in Jerusalem from all over the country, to celebrate Passover: the night when God freed the Jews from the slavery of Egypt. Why would this celebration put the Romans on high alert? What are the Jews hoping for? Unit 3: Jesus’ Suffering, Death, Resurrection. Lesson: Jesus’ Entry to Jerusalem.
