What is a Coordinated Set of Activities? Activities, based on student needs, that will move the student toward accomplishment of his/her post secondary goals Persons responsible for performing the activity are identified, as well as when it will be completed

A Coordinated Set of Activities Includes: Instruction Related Service Community Experiences Employment & other post-school objectives And when appropriate: Daily Living Skills Functional Vocational Evaluation

Let’s Take a Look at an Example Henry Forbes, Age 15 – 10 th grade Post-Secondary Goal for Employment: After graduation, Henry will obtain employment in the graphic arts field. Post Secondary Goal for Education: After graduation, Henry will attend a 2 year college and major in graphic arts.
