PowerPoint 11.2 Using the Dictionary

To help you find words easily and quickly, the words are arranged in alphabetical order. The words in alphabetical order are in darker print. They are called entry words. At the top of each page are 2 guide words. The first guide word is the first entry word on the page. The second guide word is the last entry word on the page. All the entry words on the page, arranged in alphabetical order, come between the two guide words. Beside each entry word is its pronunciation. The pronunciation shows you how to say the word correctly.
