Puerto Vallarta GeoSci Extra Credit Sydney Rosenblum

Introduction For this project, I put together a bunch of pictures from my trip to Puerto Vallarta with my friends. On this trip, I was able to take a few pictures of the geological features that were present infront of me. Also on this trip, I did many different activities as well as just hang out on the beach with friends.

Daily View Every morning when I woke up and went to the beach I got the same view. Although it was just a pool, the trees surrounding the pool area was beautiful to look at. With the ocean and rocks in the background it really enhanced the setting.

Rocks My friends and I decided to take a break from the beach one day and to take a walk. It took us to the other side of the beach where we came across these beautiful rocks by the water. After looking at the rocks in the water and by the shore it got us thinking how they got there or how they formed.

Jet skiing/Banana Boating The Pacific Ocean would be found in Puerto Vallarta. Here I went jet skiing and banana boating with my friends. Not only was this fun and something I have never done before, I was able to tour the entire ocean and get a view of the surroundings.

Night Sky My favorite part of the trip was after a long day watching the sunset. My friends and I would sit on the balcony of our hotel and look over the water to watch the sunset. This was interesting to us to see the sky change color and let the night set in. The stars in the sky were also beautiful to look at and with no lights distracting me (like I have in New York).

Conclusion In conclusion, my trip to Puerto Vallarta was not only fun and adventurous, it was also educational. Seeing what PV had to offer really opened and changed my mind about what is around me.
