FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS Reverse Trade Visits of Foreign Buyers/Delegates for participation in BSMs i)Return Airfare in economy excursion class upto entry point in India and hotel charges ii)Venue Charges iii)Other organizing expenditures (All other expenses relating to stay, per diem allowance, local travel etc. of delegates invited from abroad are to be met by the EPC or by sharing between the organizers and dlegates) 100% subject to ceiling of Rs.1.00 lacs for LAC and Rs.70,000 for other focus areas. As applicable in non-focus areas with ceiling of Rs lacs Traslation facilities in foreign languages and vice-versa60% Product catalogue in CD ROM60%

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS  MUST BE A MEMBER OF FIEO/EPC  EXPORTERS (HAVING EXPORT TURNOVER UPTO RS 15 CRORE ) FOR EXPORT PROMOTION ACTIVITIES ABROAD LIKE – EPCs/FIEO LED TRADE DELEGATION; BSM; TRADE FAIRS; EXHIBITIONS SUBJECT TO CONDITION OF HAVING COMPLETED 12 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP WITH CONCERNED EP COUNCIL. (HOWEVER THIS CONDITION WOULD NOT APPLY IN CASE OF NEW EPC FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ITS CREATION).  IN CASE THERE IS ‘NIL’ EXPORT IN PREVIOUS YEAR THEN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MDA  COPY OF IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE FURNISHED  IN CASE OF PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM EVEN IF THE IEC HAS BEEN ISSUED IN THE NAME OF PROPRIETOR BUT NAME OF THE FIRM APPEARS ON THE IEC MAY BE ACCEPTED. ASSISTANCE SHALL BE PERMISSIBLE TO EXPORTERS PROVIDED

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS  TO ONE REGULAR EMPLOYEE/DIRECTOR/ PARTNER/ PROPRIETOR OF THE EXPORTING COMPANY. (NOT TO EXPORTER OF FOREIGN NATIONALITY OR HOLDING FOREIGN PASSPORT)

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS  INTIMATION APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED IN CONCERNED EPCs/FIEO WITH A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS CLEAR ADVANCE NOTICE EXCLUDING DATE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION IN EPCs/FIEO AND DATE OF DEPARTURE FROM THE COUNTRY.  EXPORTING COMPANY SHALL NOT BE UNDER INVESTIGATION/ DEBARRED/ BLACKLIST  A MAXIMUM OF 3 PARTICIPATIONS IN A PARTICULAR TRADE FAIR/EXHIBITION WOULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR MDA ASSISTANCE OTHER CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR EXPORTERS

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS  EXPORTERS WHO ARE ALSO MEMBERS OF OTHER EPCs AND PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS ORGANISED BY FIEO/ITPO, MDA REIMBURSEMENT CAN BE DONE BY FIEO/ITPO SUBJECT TO OBTAINING A NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM THE CONCERNED EPC OF WHICH APPLICANT EXPORTER IS A MEMBER.  IN CASE APPLICANT EXPORTER IS NOT A MEMBER OF FIEO BUT PARTICIPATING IN FIEO’S ACTIVITIES, MDA GRANT IS TO BE REIMBURSE BY THE CONCERNED EPC OF WHICH HE IS A MEMBER ON OBTAINING A NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM FIEO. OTHER CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR EXPORTERS

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS  SCRUTINY OF APPLICATION AS WELL AS MDA CLAIM SHOULD BE DONE AS PER CHECKLIST DRAWN AND CIRCULATED TO ALL FIEO REGIONAL OFFICES BY FIEO HEAD OFFICE.  THE CLAIM FORMS DULY FILLED AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE APPLICANT EXPORTERS TO THE CONCERNED EPCs/FIEO WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RETURN TO INDIA  CLAIM RECEIVED BEYOND 90 DAYS BUT WITHIN 120 DAYS MAY BE ENTERTAINED WITH 10% DEDUCTION OTHER CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR EXPORTERS

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS CLAIM RECEIVED AFTER 120 DAYS SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ANY DEFICIENCY IN THE CLAIM INTIMATED BY CONCERNED EPCs/FIEO MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS FAILING WHICH CLAIM SHALL STAND REJECTED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INTIMATION OR REMINDER BY CONCERNED EPCs/FIEO, ETC. OTHER CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR EXPORTERS

FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS AT THE TIME OF PROCESSING MDA CLAIM FOLLOWING TO BE CHECKED CLAIM MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RETURN TO INDIA. HOWEVER CLAIMS SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE EXPIRY OF 90 DAYS MAY BE ENTERTAINED WITH 10% DEDUCTION. AND THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER 120 DAYS OF RETURN TO INDIA SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DECLARATION FROM THE APPLICANT AS PER ANNEXURE VIII DULY CERTIFIED BY C.A WITH SEAL INDICATING C.A’S MEMBERSHIP NUMBER COPY OF PASSPORT MENTIONING DAT OF DEPARTURE FROM INDIA AND DATE OF ARRIVAL IN INDIA ALONG WITH THE NAME OF COUNTRY VISITED ORIGINAL AIR TICKET/JACKET USED DURING THE JOURNEY ECONOMY EXCURSION CLASS FARE FOR THE SECTOR/COUNTRIES V ISITEDFROM TRAVEL AGENT SELF CERTIFIED F.O.B.
