Communications: first impressions matter - even virtually... When you want to make a first impression when meeting a group of new people – what do you do? Whats different about virtual introductions? What else could you do to improve your first impression on-line?

Activity: preparing to say hello on-line Now - spend a few minutes drafting your introduction for Brookes Virtual A good introduction should be upbeat, personal, tell a short story about you and your cultural background, invite people to connect with you, and affirm your commitment to participate in the group.
