INTRODUCTION What is an Internet Banking System?  It offers easy and instant access for making financial transactions from any device (e.g. PC, Laptop, Mobile phone) connected to the Internet.  It also has 24 hour availability  In the past time, you have to visit the bank and may need to wait to request a financial transaction or statement.

USABILITY TESTING  Number of students that tested the system : 7  Date of usability testing : 14th november 2012  Number of tasks : 6  Specific questions using likert scale and open ended questions  For each function/feature, it was asked how the user experienced performing that task.
