DIRECTIONS: Complete this form and obtain parent signature during the week of February This form will be collected on Friday afternoon. Online registration begins the week of February 28-March 4. Students cannot have more than one Study Hall each semester. Parent signature is required before registration is approved.

Fine Arts Courses available: Art 1-2 Band 1-4 Beginning Band Choral Music 1-4 *There are a number of Fine Arts electives such as: AP Studio Art: Drawing, AP Studio Art 2-D Design, Steel Drum Music 1-4, Music Theory, and Film Production. You must obtain teacher approval for these courses.
PE and Health All students must complete 1 semester of Health class. All students must complete 2 semesters of Physical Education class OR 2 seasons of athletics OR 2 seasons of Marching Band. No combinations are accepted. *If you are using the PE Waiver please complete the section on the recommendation worksheet. *See your counselor immediately if you have questions about the PE Waiver. Computer Science All students much complete a semester of Computer Science. Mobile Computing (formerly Computer Literacy) does not count toward this requirement.
A complete schedule fills 7 bells. You may only sign up for 1 Study Hall per semester. All electives offered are listed on the back of the recommendation worksheet. Be aware of courses that require teacher approval. Course descriptions can be found on the Guidance website. There are prerequisite courses required for some subjects. Check course descriptions for information. If you are interested in playing sports in college don’t forget about NCAA eligibility when choosing your classes. See your counselor if you have questions.
