 Have thick covered fur  Colour is white  They weigh 1100 pounds  Stand 9 feet

 Adaptations are teeth, claws, blubber  Not scared of humans  Have a good sense of smell  Good hearing

 They eat seals and walruses  They are carnivores  They don’t have a predator

 More than a hundred female polar bears are still on land  Babird stay with mom more than two years  By March cubs weigh ten times as much as they did at birth  Moms lose weight at birth of cubs  They can live months without food

 The harm to the habitat is polluting the water  Littering  Polluting the air
