Select a scallop stitch Width: as wide as possible. Length: standard Explore Pattern Extend / Pattern Elongation if available.

Test sew onto test fabric and stabilizer. Reduce Tension, increase Stitch Length if necessary. Sew scallops using variegated thread and size 90 needle onto dark blue fabric with stabilizer underneath. Line up presser foot along edge of fabric. Trim scallop edges carefully using small, sharp fabric scissors. Use Fray Check on any thread you may have accidentally snipped. Homework: - Explore your different scallop stitches and sew them out. They are much prettier sewn out! - Play with combining different scallops together.
