Current Status E-Scinet (The e-Science Network) is up and running –Aim: to develop and disseminate best practice in e-Science methods and e-Infrastructure provision Web site Wiki & mailing list First supported event –Campus Grids SIG, Monday April 16th Action plans required from funded members –Template provided, 2-3 pages requested

Members Those who supported the bid –Plus one or two new members –New members welcome! Funded members –Those whom e-Scinet will help with travel –Must not have existing funding for this e.g. funded e-Science Centres, etc. –Must submit an action plan –e-Scinet will pay 80% travel costs (due to FEC) Non-funded members –Those who can use other sources to pay travel
