This week we will be working on our big debate. You must come prepared all week to the library! You must bring a package of 4” x 6” lined index cards to class. You can share with a couple of people. You will make 15 cards. You must bring the sources that you’ve collected so far to the library ALL WEEK.

Thesis Statement Tomorrow students in period 6, you must turn in your individual thesis statements (5 points). Your thesis should be clear and concise. It will be an assertion of policy. For ex. The death penalty should be illegal. For ex. Abortion should remain legal in the United States.

This may change, so use pencil. When you are finished with your cards, you will be ready to sit down with your opponent.
