The Alaska Boundary Dispute WHAT was it about? Gold was discovered in the Yukon (Dawson City) The border between Alaska and British Columbia Border of “Along the summit of the mountains” was unclear. Who will Britain support?

The Alaska Boundary Dispute WHAT other details? To get to Dawson City o Chilkoot Pass o Had to land by ship along the coast Both groups wanted economic benefits from miners: o Transportation o Supplies US line o Canadians would not have any usable coastline = no economic benefits
