”STOOP SALE” is an easy way for people in urban areas to sell excess items. ”STOOP SALE” is very similar to “Garage Sale” Definition:

”STOOP SALE” web site designed to assist in coordinating stoop sales:  Help users to promote their own stoop sales  Assist general public to locate stoop sales in their neighborhoods

”STOOP SALE” must have the following components:  Home Page  User Dashboard (UI)  Administrator Dashboard (AI)  Mobile interface ( iOS/Android )

”STOOP SALE” must have the following components:  Home Page  User Dashboard (UI)  Administrator dashboard (AI)  Implement a search bar in the header that can take either zip codes, neighborhoods, products, or location names as input.  Integrate a Google map in the home page, detecting the user's rough area and showing all the active stoop sales close to that location. (Google API).  User sign up/sign in place.  Registration for event using item search and calendar reminders.
